As you explore this website, you’ll get a glimpse of who I am as a practitioner, the values that shape my practice, and the work I have done in the field of mental health. 

I invite you to take your time here; this space is shared with care, gentleness and warmth.

The word Katha means “story.” I coin my practice with this name because my work centers on the stories we tell—to ourselves, to others, and those we bring to therapy.

A flower remains a flower, whether in full bloom or gently wilting, embracing every season of change.

We are made of ever growing stories.

Each experience can be a new page, chapter or another book to place in the shelves of our lives.

Hello, I am Sanjana.

I am a counselling psychologist based out of Bengaluru and Delhi.  My work as a counselling psychologist is centered around making sure people are able to tell, reflect, navigate and reframe their life stories in the therapeutic space.

Together, we co–create a therapeutic space that fosters individuals to become agents of their own lives and find power & self-compassion in their own experiences.
